Product Description
An ideal electric sharpener for those who are not particularly skilled at using a steel. Easy to use and produces very sharp knives.

Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars I've bought three   October 12, 2008
It does take longer than suggested to sharpen knives that have not been sharpened using this machine previously.
The pads do wear out.
That said, it achieves a far better cutting edge than any other method I know.
I have owned these machines for some years know, & would not be without one.

2 out of 5 stars Chefs Choice Two Stage Electric Knife Sharpener erm what happened   September 23, 2008
Well I received it in good condition no problems there.

Instructions are simple to read, but to get a chefs knife sharp well good luck, it takes longer than it is suggested in the instruction manual.

On the second day of trying I have a reasonable sharp knife, but not as good the old fashioned way using a good quality steele knife or sharpening block.

If your knifes are in need of resharpening totally, than this unit may just be for you, but you will need to have patients, and time to get your Professional knifes back to the way you like them.
