My first Lever corkscrew did the job most of the time, but struggled with some corks.
Eventually it disintegrated with various bits flying around!
My second was better but still struggled with bottles with non-standard necks.
This one handles any bottle and is more stable as you can hold the bottle down as you grip the neck. Needs a good pull sometimes but always works, and the foil cutter is more effective than most.

Design genius, I have tried and thrown out more corkscrews than I can shake an empty bottle at, this is simple easy to use, in fact I got my 7 year old to try working it. Every cork out first time, with little effort.
It's a case of stick it on - then lever down and lever up. bottle open. then once removed from the bottle lever down, lever up to drop the cork off the end,
