Product Description This clever Wine Breather is a fantastic gadget to keep in the kitchen drawer. Powered by AAA batteries, it reduces the breathing time for the average bottle of wine from two hours to just 1 minute. It works by gently bubbling air through the wine to release its full flavour and bouquet and is ideal for those situations where another bottle of wine is called for.
•Rouge O2 Electronic Wine Breather by CellarDine •Suitable for use with all bottles of wine that require 'breathing' •It works by gently bubbling air through the wine in just 1 minute •Releases the full flavour and bouquet of the wine •Requires AAA batteries

Makes horrid wine yummy January 7, 2009 I bought this as a present for a friend, and he reports that it makes a real difference to the taste of red wine, particularly improving cheap plonk. I did see it in use, and the only problem seems to be with turning it on and off - in putting it away he managed to accidentally turn it on twice and it ran for a full minute before turning off! Other than that minor gripe, this is a wonderful gadget for those who like a drop of red! x
A must for all red wine drinkers January 4, 2009 This gadget is brilliant. I have been using mine for over 2 years and everyone says they can really tell the difference in how the wine tastes. Great for impromptu guests arriving for unexpected drinks. Makes a great present for all wine drinkers.
Broken before I could use it! December 27, 2008 Got this item for my Dad for Christmas, and on getting it out the packaging...
1.) I noticed that it's not the same as the one pictured here 2.) It didn't work! The air tube had slipped off and would not connect back on, which therefore rendered it useless!
I wish Amazon would actually send you what is pictured!
Sceptical but works January 13, 2008 7 out of 7 found this review helpful
Got this for a christmas present. Did a before and after taste test and the difference is quite surprising. Definitely using it on every bottle from now on. Only problem I've found is it claims to auto power off but doesn't. I have to take batteries out to stop it!
This Really Works! December 20, 2007 9 out of 9 found this review helpful
I bought one of these as a Christmas Present for my father and decided to try it out, I was so impressed I bought another 4 for myself and my friends all of whom love it. This is not a gadget you will use for a week then disgard, it really does make even the cheapest red wine taste better simply by blowing bubbles into to it. Everyone knows Red wine should be left to 'breathe' for a couple of hours after opening, but lets face it who has time especially with the second bottle?...this device really works. It basically airs the wine by blowing bubbles into it with 60 seconds being eqiuvalent to 4 hrs breathing..I swear you will taste the difference.
