Customer Reviews:

4 out of 5 stars Great if you know how to use it.   March 15, 2007

The first time I used this I overfilled the tray with water and so the aluminium did bend trying to free the ice cubes. When it's full the ice cubes are far too big so I assumed that I should half fill the trays instead. It solved the problem as now they free themselves perfectly every time and the ice cubes arn't so big that they water my drink down (heaven forbid)!
I now have three of these trays in my freezer and I use them everyday. I love them

1 out of 5 stars Yes metal too soft   April 6, 2005

I don't like to use plastic containers of any kind but this is disappointing. Almost impossible to get the cubes out and the handle just bends! Nice try but no cigar

2 out of 5 stars The metal is just too soft.   August 9, 2004

It worked great for about a week, but the handle broke off and now we use it like a regular ice cube tray.

5 out of 5 stars Looks good and stores ice cubes too   March 19, 2004

When I first tried to freeze some water in this fantastic product I was amazed at the water retention and expand-proof qualities of the product. The aluminum is a far better material to use than plastic and it will look good in any modern freezer. The ice is clear and often cold, a remarkable feat of engineering this product deserves the full five stars.
