Can be used for roasting/baking and grilling.... plus..... it can be used on the hob!
Use with the specifically designed, and reasonably priced Le Creuset Roasting Rack, 40 cm, which holds the meat away from the base of the dish, keeping the fat separate for making that superb gravy - directly on the hob - later on! No need to use another pan or dish!
Elegant enough to take to the dinner table, and sure to be the focus of attention!
