Broken Blade March 26, 2008 1 out of 2 found this review helpful
I too purchased the Go Cordless blender and loved it. Until the blade broke in two. In my soup. Fab power, great concept. Now very relieved my family and I didn't swallow a piece of broken blade.
Such a handy gadget. March 22, 2008 2 out of 2 found this review helpful
I have always had a blender that had to be plugged in before this one. This is fabulous, always ready for use and so easy to clean. I love it. It sits very neatly on work top ready to use and does not have to be near a plug, like my others had to be. Very useful.
Preaching by the converted October 28, 2006 13 out of 13 found this review helpful
Until I started using this, I was against "fancy" kitchen appliances. I would bore anyone I could with my preaching for hand prepared cooking. Any appliances I did buy, hypocritically, were hidden and used secretively. Recently my son was helping with the washing-up and forced me to admit that all my wooden spatulas were blunted by being used as "blenders". So I bought one of these, and it really won me over. As there is already a very competent usefulness review on this page, (total agreement), I will add only this: it's a very well designed tool, with all the power, quality and finish not normally associated with British brand names - and look at the price! It's my only electric cooking appliance that is not hidden: I'm quite proud of it! PS: Anyone know how to hide a micro-wave in a cramped kitchen??
Cordless blender - a great convenience! November 5, 2005 33 out of 33 found this review helpful
I bought this item to replace my old corded model - as I use a hand blender almost daily, I was finding the electrical cord to be a bit of a nuisance to say the least! As my old model was so efficient, I was a little dubious to say the least, but I can honestly say the performance of this is just as good, plus you get the convenience of it being cordless and on charge ready to use at any time. It comes complete with a mixing/measuring jug and its own charging stand, which also holds the (removable) blending head - no more having to put it away in the cupboard! It just stands tidily on the worktop, ready to go. Really user friendly and fantastic value for money.
