Product Description For outstanding durability and even heat distribution with no 'hot spots' the pan is made from heavy gauge, Hard Anodized aluminium (twice as strong as steel). It has slip-free, safety grip handles that stay cool on the stovetop; and for added strength the handles are riveted to the pan. The lid is made from 18/10 stainless steel and is close fitting to seal in flavour and nutrients. The pan has a non-stick, easy clean interior and exterior. Meyer's Patented Total Hi-Low Food Release System outlasts all other non-stick cookware--guaranteed, protects the surface from abrasion, allows trapped moisture to escape for even browning and is ideal for deglazing meats.

Circulon 2 30cm Stirfry Pan February 9, 2008 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
I think this pan is fantastic I have had mine for 10 years, I use it constantly for anything and everything, ok at very high temperatures you have to be careful not to burn what you are cooking but I have used it to cook from chilli's to soup and would not be without it. For the past couple years it has lost some of its non stick and has had to be soaked over night occasionally where as I used to be able to put it under the tap and everything would rinse off no problem but I am not complaining. I just hope this one lasts half as long as the other.
Non stick cooking heaven January 28, 2008 I have a set of the older circulon pans bought almost 7 years ago. These are still going strong with only a few battle scars on a couple of the sauce pans. The large frying pan, and an oven roaster are the only two to have staining in the non stick grooves. We bought the Circulon 2 stir fry pan 4 years ago, and this still looks almost as new. We have used it for chinese, indian, thai and just about anything else that requires tossing in a pan. I can't recommend these Circulon pans enough. Anyone who has had problems either has a bad batch or hasn't cared for them as in the instructions. Buy with confidence.

after a few months of use the non stick nature degrades and after about a year totally useless. nextime I'll buy a supermaket cheapy and at least i'll not be gutted i spent lots of money when i throw it away.
Excellent Wok! September 27, 2007 Can't fault this wok. If you're looking for a well-made non-stick wok then look no further! Is really hard wearing and good quality. I now cook practically everything in it and after washing up it comes out good as new again.
Ready, Steady, Cook! January 3, 2005 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
Got one of these a few months ago and have been very impressed! Well-designed with a sturdy, comfortable heatproof handle and nicely-rounded high sides to prevent spillage as you work that stir-fry! The real beauty of these pans, however, is the superior non-stick cooking surface. Burned-on food really may become a thing of the past!!! These are the pans used on TV's "Ready, Steady, Cook!" programme and it's easy to see why. Great to cook with and a doddle to wash up. Feel I could rustle up a dish to rival Ainsley's any day with this!
